Job Description:
As an EHR Optimization Specialist, you will configure and improve EHR usage for clinical and billing teams. You will streamline workflows and train clinic staff to maximize system efficiency.
You will handle:
- Setting up and customizing EHR workflows
- Creating templates for clinical and billing use
- Providing staff training and technical support
- Troubleshooting issues with EHR integration
- Improving automation and reporting functions
Experience Required:
- 2–4 years in EHR setup or medical admin
- Certification in specific EHRs is a plus (e.g., Epic, Athena, Kareo)
