Compliance Auditor

Job Description:
As a Compliance Auditor, you will ensure all documentation and billing practices meet regulatory standards. This role is focused on reducing compliance risks and supporting value-based scoring.

You will handle:

• Performing internal audits of charts and claims
• Ensuring CMS and HIPAA compliance
• Reviewing MACRA/MIPS scoring
• Providing audit reports to RCM management
• Recommending workflow corrections

Experience Required:

1. 2–4 years in healthcare compliance
2. CHC or AAPC certification preferred
