CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement) Specialist

Job Description:
As a CDI Specialist, you will ensure clinical documentation is accurate, compliant, and supports proper coding. You’ll work alongside providers and coders to enhance reimbursement and reduce audit risks.

You will handle:

• Reviewing medical records for coding accuracy
• Advising providers on documentation standards
• Ensuring HCC/RAF risk scoring is captured
• Supporting value-based care compliance

Coordinating with coding teams

Experience Required:

1. 2–4 years in CDI or clinical coding
2. CCDS or RN with CDI background strongly preferred
