RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Manager

Job Description:
As an RCM Manager, you’ll oversee and optimize the entire billing lifecycle — from eligibility to collections. You will manage a remote team, drive performance improvements, and ensure high-quality reporting.

You will handle:

• Leading billing, AR, and eligibility teams
• Monitoring KPIs and denial trends
• Running monthly reports and dashboards
• Training staff on process improvements
• Ensuring compliance and workflow efficiency

Experience Required:

1. 2–5 years in revenue cycle management
2. Team management or supervisory experience
3. AAPC or HFMA certification preferred
